 All About Our Coffee
At Amani we only sell and brew fairly traded coffee. Amani purchases beans directly from the local roaster to ensure freshness is passed onto the consumer. Amani uses Coffee Tree Roasters as our coffee roaster & distributor. Coffee Tree takes pride in their commitment to service and quality. They use only the highest grade Arabica beans, harvested from select regions the world over. Grown at elevations above 3,000 feet and with an extended growing cycle, Arabica beans are plumper and contain more oils and flavor than robusta beans – the typical store brand coffee bean. To ensure the finest quality of each aromatic cup, Coffee Tree chooses only the freshest beans.
